Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Mr Chuck from Boston on Thursday, February 16, 2017Excellent quality, warm, and smooth outer surface layers well. I like the deep venting zipper. Wicks well. Neck opening is very large and lets in a draft and looks a little sloppy. I have it cured with a buff, but I do not think the average person has an 18 or 19 inch neck.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by WinterPerson from New Mexico Mountains on Wednesday, January 25, 2017This top is made a little differently from the Kenyon Polartec heavyweights of old (ours are around 8-10 years old and still warm). Kenyon products last a long time. The only reason I am buying more is that my husband wore holes in his tops. This top is extremely warm, almost to the point of being too hot to wear indoors by itself. My husband works in single-degree temps, and he does not get cold when pairing this top over a light thermal base layer (also Kenyon) with a Carhartt jacket over everything. We have had some icy Arctic winds in our area, up to 35 mph, and he says he does just fine wearing these layers. I highly recommend this top. Kenyon is our number one choice for warm, quality, comfortable thermals and winter sports wear (besides SportHill).

Question & Answer
I'd say it's right inbetween leaning more towards a looser fit.
It was regular fit though the bottom of the shirt was a bit roomy but it's long enough so the tail can be tucked into the pants.
The pants were more fitted though not a compression fit but still relatively tighter.
See my previous response as this appears to be a duplicate question.
This is loose fitting but not baggy. I layer it under button down shirts to eliminate the need for a jacket or coat.
The zipper has a backing on it.
Polartec(r) is just the brand, the base layer is made of 51% polyester, 36% nylon, 13% spandex
