Verified Buyer Reviewed by Cast iron kid from Cordova, AK on Tuesday, September 18, 2012I wore one of these for prehaps the past two years, every day I needed a base layer. Two weeks or so ago salmon researach staff invited the "old" retired guy on a stream survey up the Copper River. We found 4 sockeye systems not listed on the anadromous stream catalog and collected genetic samples from 3. Near mid day, mid way up the 2nd creek it was getting warm so I stopped to shed my fleece and left it on the stream bank. Retruned an hour later to find it ransacked! Rolled on, as evidence of abundant brown bear hair. Clawed at, as evidence of tears across the left shoulder. Smelled awfull! He/she Peed on it!!
Numerous rinses in the creek and cycle through the washing machine restored it's utility. However, I quickly ordered a new fleece from STP and was surprized upon arrival, it was the same product!
Expect it will serve me well for years to come.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by dotingwife from Michigan on Saturday, January 1, 2011I bought this for my husband to replace his last fleece. I like the quality of the fleece and zipper, but am disappointed that I'll have to return it because it is too short for my average height husband. Bummer.
