    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I went a size larger than recommended because of other reviews, and it will still never be my favorite hiking shirt. Maybe if I'd gone 2 sizes too big. I'm average size, but have long arms and I am not narrow through the shoulders. This makes the shirt seem too short in the sleeves and a little tight in the shoulders. I would only recommend if you order big.

    I put 35 + miles a week, and a lot of sweat into running. After my runs I would go straight home because I looked like a drenched rat (from all the sweat). This shirt actually wisks the sweat away and keeps me from feeling soaked! I am even able to make a stop at the store and not feel embarassed after my runs. I also have the same shirt in black and love it too. Kenyon has described their product to be true to their words.
