Reviewed by Lisa long legs from Marcellus, NY on Friday, January 25, 2013There were so many positive reviews for this boot BUT I should have heeded the warning from the ONE review that criticized the bungee and elastic laces. I don't have a problem in general with bungees/ elastic cords, but when you cinch the bungee tight, it should stay there! The bungee loosens up as you walk...not good. I'm returning these boots. I am a solid size 10 but ordered an 11 since there was no 10.5. The 11 is a tad large so a 10.5 is what I really need in this boot. Can't seem to find the right boots! Ready to give up on Sierra Trading Post for footwear. Tired of doing the return/reorder shuffle.

I'm not sure if they are waterproof but the soles are as they are rubber. Will try when we get an ice storm to see how the traction is. Great purchase! Love them!!
