These are pretty good (but not great) winter boots, especially for the price I paid (< $40). I was looking for something I could throw on quickly when the dogs are chomping at the bit for their wintertime walks, and these fit the bill. The thing that makes them quick to put on, though -- the zipper -- is also their biggest weakness. It's very balky going up yet tends to unzip itself while walking. I doubt it'll last.... But while it does, these are pretty darned good boots for the price.

I went through two pairs of these boots and in both cases, the zippers would fall down after walking about 100 feet. If you want to constantly be bending over to zip up your boots, these are the ones for you. After a while they will absolutely drive you insane. Thanks to Sierra Trading Post, I was able to Return both pairs with no hassle.

Great boots.

I bought these boots for apres-ski use. The zippers come down in just a few steps and after a while the tongue comes out. Very disappointed, I will be returning today.
