These are easily a size 8. I don't write reviews, but this hopefully will deter others from purchasing from this outlet.

It's a streamlined design and could possible go under loose pants if needed. Comfortable. I wear 8.5 to 9 in boots and the 9 fit fine. There isn't really good tread so I don't know how well it will do walking on ice (a problem where I live) but I still like the boot. It's cute enough and light enough to be worn for fashion purposes.
