“This is really a great skirt, or it would be if only I could get it to drape the way it should, but my ironing skills were not up to it. The pleats from the waist need to be ironed in to the fabric below for the skirt to lie flat - otherwise it poofs out below the sewn-in pleats. I'd have loved to keep it, but I don't have the time or patience to try to get the pleats to fall the way they should. The poofy look could be great on someone in their teens or 20s.”
