4.0 out of 5 stars. Good item for what it isReviewed by Anonymous from Seattle on Wednesday, July 3, 2013Before I say anything about the sheets, let me point out that there is only 1 pillowcase per set in the twin size. All the Sierra Trading Post things claim there are two, but there is only one and it says 1 pillowcase on the packaging. I would have really liked to get two, but know well that twin sets generally come with one, so it was only a minor disappointment.
I'm not sure about the 12" deep pockets. That might be true if one's mattress is only 35 inches wide, but according to Wikipedia (and other sites) a standard twin bed width is 38 inches. So, if one has a standard width twin bed, the sheet is not going to have 12" deep pockets. Luckily, that is not an issue for me personally, but I'm sure it is for some people.
The sheets will definitely be warm in winter. I question the "cool in summer" part. That was not my experience having used them during a mini-heat wave (I have no air conditioning in my apartment.) A plain low-thread-count cotton sheet is cooler in my opinion. It's what I really wanted, but I couldn't find any, especially not at the great price that I paid for these sheets.
The sheets I got appear to be a little greener (i.e. more like aqua) than the sample color, but it might be my computer display that is to blame for the difference. Maybe others will see the real color on their screens.
The sheets are sturdy, which I appreciate. The material is not flimsy or filmy, so the sheets should hold up nicely. -

4.0 out of 5 stars. Delightfully CozyVerified Buyer Reviewed by AutumnDelight from Southeast, USA on Wednesday, November 14, 2012These sheets are very soft and warm, the perfect jersey I wanted for the cooler weather! The fitted sheet is just a little too shallow for my mattress. I have an 8 inch mattress with a 3 inch topper for a total of 11 inches. I'm not sure if they shrunk, I pre-washed them according to the washing instructions. They aren't so small that they won't stay in place though, and the coziness makes up for it!

3.0 out of 5 stars. NiceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lucky from Salt Lake City, UT on Sunday, June 3, 2012Bought this for my daughter. The sheets are comfortable & wash well but are a bit short. The fitted sheet doesn't cover the mattress and the flat sheet isn't quite big enough to tuck completely on the sides. My daughter's matress is a little bit big but not huge.
