“our dachsund mix dog is 26 pounds and on the long side (about 27" inches long). this bed is perfect for him and very roomy. i expected he would rest his head on the bolster pillow part but he actually snuggles his back end and back on it and the cushioning raises slightly to then support his head on the other side. it's a very well-thought out design! also, i'm pleased with the design that the pillows are removable. i figure that years down the road, I can easily buy pillow stuffing to keep the bed as comfy as it is now.”
