These are the perfect answer to a cold winter's night! They're not scratchy and definitely keep my family warm. We all love our flannel sheets. So far they've washed well, too.

These are decent quality flannel. I purchased these because of other good STP reviews. When washed the first time, they did produce a lot of lint, but not excessive. The color (green solid/plaid) is nice and like the picture. They came out of the laundry not wrinkled and folded well. We have not used these yet, so I cannot comment on their comfort as sheets. The only unexpected thing about these sheets is their smell. My husband says it reminds him of linseed oil, and it reminds me of petroleum jelly. When washed, this smell lessened, but is still around - however, we use unscented detergent and unscented dryer sheets. Also, this smell was present in another set of solid color Kimlor flannel sheets. I have never experienced this type of smell with sheets and hopefully it goes away.
Answer
We have not received any reviews or comments that indicate they do.

Question
“I would like to order these sheets, but I would like to know if they pill and turn into an endless source of fuzz balls. I bought allegedly high-end 6 oz German flannel sheets from another store, and they were awful. After one wash, they were shedding fuzz balls that, while stubborn to pick when running the lint roller on the actual sheets, would end up everywhere, pajamas, hair, floor, comforter, etc.”
