These sheets are very soft, cozy, and fits my 16 inches mattress including a thick all around mattress pad, but it's pretty thin for a 6 oz weight flannel. I actually shivered with these sheets under my down comforter, and it wasn't even bitterly cold yet.

Best of all, the fabric is luxuriously soft, not stiff or heavy as some flannels can be. These are great for use in winter, but will serve equally well as a light summer cover. I've since bought several sets as gifts- and so far everyone is delighted. These are unbeatable.

Unfortunately, the loose weave means they won't have the warmth or weight of real flannel even though they have a wonderfully soft feel. Returned them without even putting them on the bed.

They are generously sized even after washing, have deep pockets, and stay in place on the mattress. Best of all, they feel luxurious and cozy on chilly winter nights; I plan to use them as a light summer covering as well. These are highly recommended.
