When my company required us all to wear slip resistant footwear my first thought was "oh great! on top of the best hours of my day, now it's ugly shoes". After shopping for what seems like a century, I thought "if not ugly and plastic, then, leather but very expensive". I found KLOGS. They are good ...

These are excellent and really help with plantar fasciitis. Someone told me it cured their's, and I believe it, because it has helped mine A LOT! I gave four stars because I have two pair, and one fits perfect and one is tight over the instep, though I have really high arches, so that won't affect most people. I feel like they fit true to size, as in they fit the size I measure in the socks I measure in.

For anyone who works long shifts or simply on your feet a lot, I HIGHLY recommend. I'm a nurse working 12-hour shifts. I've owned five pairs and they've never let me down. The leather is high quality and durable; the souls are flexible and long lasting. I have a high in-step so the elastic bands on each side work great for me. Much more comfortable and light weight than the popular Europen brand.

Okay, so these shoes are unflattering. But for people looking for comfort, they can't be beat. They make concrete floors feel like pillows. I love the soft leather and the detailed embossing. Much more comfortable than the famous European brand, in my opinion, and a better value. The purple color is very dark and not very purple, which makes them suitable for wearing with almost anything. If you're on your feet a lot, these are great!

I have plantar fasciitis and really high arches and these help a lot. The arch support is in the insole rather than the construction of the shoe, but the shoes are really stable and the insoles have lots of arch support and the company sells replacement insoles. I think the ones like this with the back are slightly better for plantar fasciitis relief than the open-backed ones.
