This bag is just what I was hoping for! It's stylish, yet practical. (Mine did have the flowers btw as another review said hers came without flowers.) This bag is large enough to fit your laptop, tools, snacks and an extra shirt. It's pretty thin, and does not have pockets inside. I have other panniers for when I need to transport more items, but I was looking for a smaller thin bag to use when I commute to a friends house, yoga, to a restaurant, hangout, etc. This is perfect to fit a change of clothes and stylish enough to bring into a restaurant without causing scene. I commute most places, and usually bike in my bike shorts and throw on a pair of shorts or jeans before going into an restaurant, or friend's house to hang out. This fits the bill so that I look more like an average patron (It's almost like a purse) than a biker with a bulky oversized bag that doesn't quite fit under the table.
I gave this 4 stars because the flap in the back that covers the brackets is very thin. When mine arrived the fabric that covers this part was already noticeably worn and looked like it would produce a hole on the first run. I put electrical tape on the inside to prevent more wear. Hope that works.
I haven't taken a ride with this piece yet, but the brackets seem stable and I think it will work well. It DOES come with a blue rain cover which is also a plus :)

I like the bag, but it arrived without the embroidered flowers that are pictured in the discription. When I called to ask I was informed none of the bags had the embroidery on them. Otherwise its a cute, sturdy bag perfect for my commute to work.

Boy was I excited to find this cute, fictional, seemingly durable bag on sale at STP, and even more excited when it arrived at my house last week. What a great bag! After I figured out how to get it on and off my bike rack easily, it was a snap to use it for work every day. Loved it. I enjoyed using the bag for exactly 6 days, until yesterday, when riding home from work, the bag brushed up against the edge of a gate I rode through in a park and caught a corner, sending the bag flying off the rack subsequently breaking BOTH of the clips clean off of the bag. WHAT?! It was a very low impact event in the big scheme of what can happen on a daily bicycle commute, so I think the overall durability of this product is dubious. I wanted it to work out so badly! Now I will have to package it up and send it back, hoping for a refund.
