Reviewed by nanc from Wisconsin on Thursday, February 13, 2014My husband loves them. His fingers are no longer cold when snow-blowing the driveway for hours or riding the snowmobiling.
Reviewed by Kristen from Northern Michigan on Tuesday, January 21, 2014Maybe these little finger pockets are great and not cold (as gloves are), but I was hoping for a true mitten here. They're just little slots the top 1" of your finger fits into, but I was concerned it would be cold, and my husband (they are for him) didn't like them.
Also, we had purchased a very similar pair (same name "gore-tex method", so I thought these would be the same type...and they were except for the pockets) in size L for my 6'2" 175lb husband, and the larges were too small, so I looked everywhere until I found these XL, and they seem to be the same size or "even smaller" according to my husband.
Soooo...order a size or two up, and if you're into little finger pockets these are probably your mitten! They otherwise seemed warm and well constructed.
Reviewed by yackfanatic from Boston on Friday, October 25, 2013These mittens feel small. The Medium (9 1/2" -10") feels too tight on my 9" hand (girth). The 7" length is also too short for my 8" fingers (wrist to fingertips).
The description also failed to mention that these mittens have "full finger wrap caps" (individually insulated fingers). I specifically ordered these because I believed them to be fingerless. These are not comfortable gloves.
