“I've worn it under heavier layers on cold days and by itself during high energy activities on warmer days. It wicks well and provides a comfortable first layer. My only complaint is that the sleeves are a little shorter than I'd like them. They aren't too short, but they like to rest just above the wrist and like them to come a little lower. Just to be clear, I don't have monkey arms. It's been through the wash once and didn't have any problems with shrinking.”
