    The anti-shock is firm doesn't bottom out easily also cushions downhill planting exceptionally well (IMO). Twist-lock is infinitely adjustable and doesn't/hasn't slip(ed). Camera mount is convenient after a few hours of hiking and the arms are shaky. Glad I bought 2 (two)!
