This product is advertised for the ski poles , but it does not fit them. It is for trekking poles only. It did not work at all!

I use the product for hiking or backpacking trips to the mountains. It is good for heavier accumulations of snow to keep the poles closer to the surface.

I knew I needed baskets when I sank my walking poles into a snowbank so deep I almost couldn't get them out. The snowbaskets attached easily, and I've been floating above the snow ever since.

Great baskets, especially for deep snow. I have many trekking poles and equip two pair with these large, sturdy ones. A bit pricey even with additional discounts but sure beats paying retail.

These are small baskets that are not useful for true backcountry deep powder skiing. They work fine on pack. They are not a universal fit, so they don't fit most popular brands. Beware of that.

fits the Komperdell poles perfectly. Will keep my poles from sinking into the deep snow.

These did not appear to fit any of my poles exactly right, but it is quite easy to pull my old baskets off, slide these ones on loosely, and hold them in place by putting my old (smaller) baskets back on. A bandaid to be sure, but it seems to work flawlessly (and it's no extra weight because I would carry the spare baskets regardless.)

Ordered too late for this winter, but will try it out next snowshoing trip. Looks to be more effective in powder than the snowflake baskets currently on most adjustible poles. A bit pricey for baskets. Had to get it since all manufacturers seem to like their own tip design: screwed on, twist n lock, or snap in. Needed them to replace a lost, screwed on basket.
