The replacement tips are a little to small in diameter to get on the Mountain Smith poles. Too bad! Maybe if you are stronger than I am you could get them on, but I couldn't.

When I went hiking this summer in Colorado, I realized it would be better for the sticks' longevity and effectiveness if they had a rubber shoe. So when I saw these and read the reviews, I figured they would fit and they did. I have not hiked with them yet.
