“A bit of a surprise.”

“I'm using these as trekking poles and they're fine. The surprise came when the handle loop came out on their maiden voyage. I had to tie a knot in the loop for a quick fix. When I got them home I was able to pop the top of the handle off and re-thread the loop. I have large hands and the grips could be a little larger, but that's just me. They are lighter than my wife's Komperdells, which are about 5 years old. I like the locking mechanism and it's holding so far.”
