“My wife has older knees and hands with a touch of arthritis. The pole grips are small enough for her hands, and when held correctly, i.e., with most weight on her wrists and hands on grips in a loose O configuration, the poles will provide relief for knees and hands. These should work well for hiking in Denali in Alaska.”
