“The locking system is unreliable. The internal expandable plastic sleeves that twist-lock the poles broke after just 2 uses when in the backcountry. No spare parts available. Poles are collapsing and therefore useless. Contrary to advertising, the straps are not padded, just made of webbing, in the pair I got.
Better get poles with a different, more reliable locking system.”
