“I love the poles, but one of the compasses became lopsided and quit. The only other problem I had was that they came with no directions, at least not in English. Sierra Trading Post was wonderful in helping me and having someone call me promptly. I still have a little problem getting it all right, but once they get working, they are great. Truly saved my knees on steep rocky hikes in Alaska.”
