“This is the second pair of trekking poles I have bought, my first pair were trials to see if it would be worth the investment. To my surprise when I got these, they were so much lighter and the grip more conforming than my old pair. Loved them! I have been hiking becoming an avid hiker took them to the Tahoe Rim with me. The only con is the poles came with a compass, one in each. On compass worked, the other didn't. The compass that actually worked fell out the first time I laid my poles down at our first stop and couldn't find it. The overall quality of the poles outweigh a little compass I wouldn't have used anyway.”
