    Lost my old poles. New ones came with summer baskets, which I don't really need. I do need winter baskets. These are just the same as my old ones, but if I ever find some old-fashioned ones the size of saucers, I'll get them for powder. Only problem I had with these was getting summer baskets off and these on. Holding under hot water for a few minutes did the trick, but move fast.

    If using your Kumberland poles in the winter these baskets are necessary over the standard basket included with the standard hiking poles. They are easily to install and taake off.
