    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This mask doesn't cover much of my cheeks, which is where I get coldest. The breathing holes are to the side of the mouth instead of in front of it. This causes my glasses and goggles to fog up. I had to cut new holes.

    Bought this for running in cold conditions; didn't fit well on myself (woman) or my 12 y/o son, but would fit an adult guy well. Smells too much for me, but doesn't bother my son. We both still use it for running, even though the fit is a little large. Keeps face from freezing in wind.
