Korkers Cross Current Wading Boots - Interchangeable Soles (For Men and Women)

I bought these to match up with bootless waders. I was concerned about the fit. I wear a womens size 6 and these feel roomy enough to wear extra socks under the neoprene booties. I live along a river and have been experiencing high water this year in the northeast and I needed chest waders and boots to go with them. I wanted boots that won't slip and also good enough to walk a mile to the end of my road. I hope this will do all of these things. Since the price was excellent I couldn't pass these up.

This is a great wading boot. Very comfortable and has enough room for neoprene socks along with stocking foot waders. I use a gravel guard over the laces and have no problems with my float line catching on them. I love the inter changeable soles...very cool design on Korker's part.

I have seen these boots every time I have been fishing the Rapidan in VA. It is the slickest river I have ever fished, especially in the spring. I had a pair of old combat boots that did absolutely nothing while my fishing partner was jumping from slim covered rock to slime covered rock with these boots on. Finally I saw that they were on sale here at Sierra trading for a good price, and they shipped them right away and got them by the end of the week and in time for my next fishing adventure. The only complaint I have is not with Sierra but with the boot's company which changes "stile" and stops caring the older kind of soles. So you can't find them anywhere except at their site. I bought a pair of rubber cleats and felt cleats and they cost more than the boots and the two soles that came with the boots. But I am happy with them and for the price they can't be beat.

I needed new wading boots for fishing the rivers of the great Northwest. These Korkers have their interchangeable sole system that makes it easy to go from felt sole to lug sole. The price I paid was rock bottom and the boot is top-quality. These were a great value.

With Korkers you need one size above normal shoe size where-as others two sizes are needed to fit over your waders. The interchangable soles make it where you need only one pair of boots for all the different fishing conditions. Very comfortable to wear throughout a day on the stream standing in cold water. Top quality at a very good price. The only drawback is that Korkers keeps improving their boots which means getting replacement soles may be iffy and expensive.
