I previously bought the sandal version with exchangeable soles and wanted these shoes as wading shoes to go with waders. I would normally order size 9 for regular use and ordered one size larger for waders. These shoes are about the same size as my size 9 sandals and I will just have to keep them as walking shoes, which I can use. They also seem rather narrow. Still looking for wading shoes.

My purpose was to wear the Korker on the trail to a fly fishing spot, and then change to a sole that I could use for stream fishing. My Korker Torrent shoes came with a hiking sole, golf sole and fly fishing felt sole. I had no use for the golf sole, but I called Korkers and found out they had a "trade-in" policy such that I could exchange the unused golf sole for a studded felt sole. [...] That makes these shoes a fine value. I have ended up with a shoe I can wear on the trail, followed by a shoe that allows me to wet wade. I bought a size 12 shoe (my normal shoe size) and it is the right fit for wet wading. But, the shoe needs to be one size larger if I want to wear waders with a neoprene "sock" for my foot.

I was looking for a wet wading shoe that I could also do some hiking to the river in. These pretty much fit the bill. The replaceable soles work well I have felt, studded felt and the rubber KLINGON soles. I did a 13mile Desolation Wilderness hike with a 35lb pack to fish some high alpine lake and wore these with the rubber sole. next time I will pack the shoes and wear my hiking boots, my feet were definitely hurtin, but thats not really what there designed for. overall there money, but they do feel slightly small im sz1o, and are a little uncomfortable after a while underfoot, kind of a weird arch probably due to the replaceable sole.

as a woman who was tired of clomping through steams in full waders and heavy wading boots these are a dream come true. They are lighter than traditional boots and offer better stability than a tennis shoe. I have a wide foot and they are a bit narrow - but seem to give enough when wet to be comfortable for hours of fishing. For $7 you can return exchange any unused sole which is great for non-golfers. While they aren't as comfortable as my hiking boots the trade off for having not to carry in my heavy gear to the back counntry for a day of fly-fishing is well worth it!

Three shoes in one? Certainly a novelty, but I love them. Haven't tried the golf soles yet ... still in the process of breaking in the rest of the shoe before I hit the links. Also, I loved that I was able to swap out the one sole I'd use less (or not at all) for another sole. This makes the shoes even more practical. Changing soles is hard at first, but once you have the knack, it's under a minute.

I use theses for river wading, slightly heavy, wish the were just over the ankle for protection against rocks. They are very comfortable, and drain very well. I love the snug fit ,very adjustable. Great product. I wear a 10.5, I got an 11 the feel great with socks. Would have given 5 stars if the wear over the ankle and lighter.

I was looking for a felt bottom shoe for fishing and wading rivers and found these. They are a great water / wading shoe and even better they can be used for hiking, golf, etc with the variety of soles offered by korkers. I love them and would buy them again. Only negative things I can think of is that they are a little stiff at first but they do break in, and I'm not crazy about the bungie laces.

I was skeptical about interchangeable souls, but this is a great pair of shoes. Very unique soul design....it takes a little time to change, but fits well and works great. Stylish and very handy for someone who travels and needs several different kinds of shoes. I would definitely buy another pair.
