After only wearing these boots about 10 times, the material has torn and frayed around the heel loop to pull them on. Very poor workmanship and construction.

Great looking boot. Crank up lace system is excellent. Needed these for New Zealand as felt soled boots are banned. The boot feels a little narrow but I have not worn them in yet.

Wanted to use viarable soles for travel, but got blisters walking. Wanted to use for wading, but if you step in sand or mud, the suction and open toe will cause sandal to pull off your foot, leaving you barefooted in an awkward and even dangerous situation. Would not recommend this product to anyone, unless they are the fisher who only rides in a drift boat.

Well made as other korkers products i have, comes with 2 sole inserts but not the felt which I like to have and a bit hard to find in certain sizes. covered toe would have been nice I think for protection. Over half off retail from Sierra with their great service

I bought these to match up with bootless waders. I was concerned about the fit. I wear a womens size 6 and these feel roomy enough to wear extra socks under the neoprene booties. I live along a river and have been experiencing high water this year in the northeast and I needed chest waders and boots to go with them. I wanted boots that won't slip and also good enough to walk a mile to the end of my road. I hope this will do all of these things. Since the price was excellent I couldn't pass these up.

we've been looking for good quality, reasonably priced gear for my wife. the stuff has to work, feel comfortable, and wear well or it'll likely mean she wont be as inclined to get into the water. no fear with these boots - they are comfortable and well-designed to protect ankles, heels and toes. the good news -it looks like we'll have more and better quality time on the water; the bad news, i now have to share the river with someone.

I have a wide foot, fit was snug until I removed the insole/footbed, now fit is fine. I need to get a thin insole for a bit more cushioning. BOA system makes it easy to fine tune the fit.

I plan to use these in NZ this winter where you cannot use felt soles so I haven't actually had a chnce to try them. They fit well and should do the job.

Hey, they're Korkers, and at this price, you can't lose. Just be sure the sizing is correct, since the listed size is smaller and considerably narrower than comparable sizes in other brands. The rubber Kling-On soles are great for not transferring invasive species, and are definitely the wave of the future, but aren't nearly as grippy as studded felt (of course). I think these will be great this winter, when lacing/unlacing with cold, gloved hands has always been a pain.
