The longer cut is a great style for colder days and for wearing with the skinny jeans. It has roomy pockets and both a zipper and buttons (for style I guess). It is very warm so don't think I'd use it for athletic activities. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the sizing. I wear a small in Kuhl, Smartwool and Icebreaker and ordered a small. The small is a little larger than I'm used to wearing. I also have one of these sweaters in an XS and it fits perfect. I'm 5'6" and about 107 lbs.

I ordered a L and a M since I sometimes have to size up due to my ample bustiness, but THIS RUNS LARGE! The M fit much more like a large, and I feel I could've even gone with a small (almost laughable since I'm generally a 10). Sleeves are a little longer than normal as well, so if you want a kinda 'bomber jacket'-like fit, I'd suggest sizing down. I wear millions of layers in the winter though so the looser fit works for me. The pictures on here don't do it justice, but the price was fab and it's waaaaaaarm.
