    I wanted short, medium-heeled, a little dressy-looking but still casual and comfortable boots. Although, they looked nearly perfect in the picture, they didn't do much for me in person. Forced myself to try them on briefly so don't give much heed to my review of fit and comfort. They are packed and ready to go back to where they came from.

    There were two different models under the same catalog number. I got the ones with the less attractive heal. Kinda of a running shoe-type, space agey looking thing. Not appealing. Pay attention to the images in the catalog!

    I haven't worn them long enough to totally erase the squeaky noise as I walk in them yet. However, it is getting less as I wear. There are some slight scuff marks on the leather surface, but not bad for the price.
