    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This pair of boots are very well made and very attractive. The only problem is that many of the shoes I purchase from Sierra have to be returned due to sizing issues. I wear a size 7, I ordered a 7.5 hoping these would fit as I really wanted them. Again they were just too narrow across the top of the foot. Just can't figure out how to buy your shoes and get a good fit. It is very annoying as I purchase my husbands shoes through Sierra, a size 10 and they always fit absolutely perfect.

    These boots are warm and comfortable, but don't look like "comfortable shoes". Heel is perfect height. Easy to get on, fit well with thick or thin socks. Perfect for damp, cold German winters.
