“I love this brand for quality and style. My ankle is not thin, but I have other ankle boots without a problem. A mention of this would have helped me and others to choose a better boot. I don't like having to pay a charge for returning something that does not fit when I have used the available guidelines. It makes me reluctant to shop with you again.”
