    Beautiful boots. My ankle hit the top of the shoes when I tried to walk. It would not allow my foot to bend forward as needed. It felt like I was wearing a very luxurious cast on my foot.

    I usually love Canadienne boots and was glad when I saw them at Sierra since the price was reasonable. [...] But as soon as I put them on I knew there was a problem. Although they fit well in the foot, when I zipped them up I felt as if my foot was in a vise. The ankle sizing is really off. I am thin and have never had a problem with boots not fitting in the calf or ankle before. These were just painful to take more than a few steps in. I am sending them back to Sierra.

    I love these boots! They are comfy, warm, and look great with jeans. The trick is to give them a time to stretch - when I first tried these boots on, they did feel a little tight all around, but by the end of my first day wearing them they conformed perfectly to my feet and ankles. They are so comfortable, I sometimes forget to take them off when I get home!
