“Caution! These Boots are not Waterproof!”

“The first time I wore these boots I thought they were wonderful. But that was walking in solid snow conditions. Unfortunately, they do not hold up to soft snow and puddles (just walking through the Gondola Square). Water leaked in right through the foot of the boot! Both of my socks were wet and my feet half numb. I can't believe no one else has had this problem! I hope, for their sake, that it isn't a flaw in the design. If a company advertises waterproof and then charges hundreds of dollars for it, I better not end up all wet. Looks like I did though. :(”
