    We purchased the La Crosse weather station because we wanted a wireless unit to make it easier to read outside temperatures. We have two wired units. The fact that it is wireless is great and allows us to check the temperature at our kitchen table. Unfortunately, the unit is not as accurate as our other two wired units which are consistent in thier readings and match the local weather reports. The wireless unit is anywhere from 1-4 degrees F off.
