    Bought this for my husband for Christmas last year & it works great. I'm now buying one for the in-laws. It gets very cold here in the winter, and temp has never affected performance of the remote unit. It always shows the same temp as the news. Barometer is a nice feature.

    The product arrived six weeks ago; I have tried everything to get it to work. I have tried contacting LaCrosse Technology, but got no response. It does not receive a signal from the remote sensor, and now it does not even pick up the automatic time. I would advise to buy a more reliable product. I am returning this one.

    After considerable effort we got it working. It stayed working for twelve hours. Then the outside temp disappeared and no amount of re-starting or new batteries helped. Started trying to contact LaCrosse yesterday. Other than form e-mails I've heard nothing and comments here don't make me hopeful that I will.

    I thought the unit was easy to set up. It is a nice, basic device. I was wanting a weather station that would give me the indoor humidity and this is perfect. I'm hoping the forecast feature works well. But, I haven't had it up and running long enough to trend out its accuracy.
