    I love the idea of this rain gauge but for every exterior/interior wall, stucco siding, etc between the gauge & receiver, the range drops drastically from 330ft. I had originally planned to mount the gauge on my fence but do to these obstacles, I've had to move it closer.

    Love this rain gauge! It was easy to set up and was spot on with my old glass tube rain gauge for accuracy. No more running to the back of the property line to see how much rain we received. OH! and the best part - it's sitting 220 feet from the receiver and transmits beautifully!
