max min indoor/outdoor temp useful for decisions about how many blankets to put on horses

Don't need to go outside to check the humidity. Like the Max and Min "history" feature. Intend to buy another one for my son and his family.

Bought 2 of these, 1 for myself & 1 for a gift. For the price, it can't be beat. Works fine giving inside & outside temps plus relative humidity & minimum/maximum temps. They provide 3 different ways to mount the remote probe, so it can be mounted just about anywhere. Don't know about reliability yet - have ony been using it 2 weeks.

Was very pleased with this product. We were replacing another weather station. I didn't want anything fancy. Just the basics. Time/temp & relative humidity. I did discover that it is the outside humidity not inside, though. Our last one had indoor humidity. But I hang it on the wall for a quick reference. Simple to set up. I'm no techno nut. Excellent price.

Like to have this thermometer at my fingertips - especially the relative humidity - gives a heads up on what weather's coming and what to wear.

The small size is nice, but we could have used something a bit bigger & easier to read from a distance.

Got this device since installing a new greenhouse to measure temperature and humidity. Have not tried mounting it yet but it seems to be accurate and reliable so far. In terms of quality - time will tell.

We bought this primarily for our 8 year old son. He's studying Earth Science in school, including a segment on clouds and weather. He's also showing an interest in choosing his own clothes and not just having Mom lay them out. He loves having this device in his room, has been checking it every morning, and the days of his coming downstairs in a t-shirt and shorts when it's 45F outside are over. I find myself in his room checking the temp too. It's awfully handy on fall mornings. Please note that installation of the outdoor temperature sensor must be in a protected outdoor spot, as it's not completely waterproof; the instructions suggest under the eaves of a roof. Luckily I have such a spot that was accessible by way of a ladder on the back porch. But if it weren't for that one handy spot, I can easily imagine myself hanging out of a second story window, wishing I had three hands and cursing quietly to myself. So do consider before you buy where you plan to nail the thing up.

At a glance, I can get the outside temp and humidity. There are also models that set the time by radio control -- this one is set manually.
