La Sportiva Barr Trail Running Shoes (For Women)

At first it feels a little tight. But i'm use to wearing two socks. After a while, it was perfect. I used it when I run 5k turkey trot this year. I love it!

these run really small - about a half size. I returned them.

I put these shoes on for the first time to run some errands. I have a high arch and have a history of plantar fasciitis, so I use orthopedic supports. I ended up wearing these all day long and they stayed comfortable for the whole day! And they looked nice too!

I find these shoes very comfortable for everything from walking the dog to day hikes in the Cascades (summer only as they are not waterproof). They are light and make my feet feel as if they are air conditioned.

I only tried these on for a short time around the house to see if the size would work. I think they would have been good, comfortable and supportive, but the 9 1/2 ran a little small and my foot is sort of between sizes so it can be difficult. I would say the sizing is about a 1/4 size small.

First use a challenging climb on a steep, rocky, sometimes wet, "rocksylvania" trail and these shoes far exceeded my expectations. Was questioning whether to forego these shoes and stick to my tried and true hiking boots for this hike then decided to give them a try. No regrets. They held up perfectly given the terrain. Highly recommend.

Nice shoe, attractive silverish grey and not-too-blue, but evidently runs a bit small. I really wanted these, but toe area is definitely uncomfortable. Side of big toe rubs (oddly enough, not at ball joint, widest point!) and overall, shoe feels a little too short, narrow, and maybe shallow in toe box area, even though size is actually marked as a bit larger ("+") than my usual. Changing lacing several ways did not solve the problem. Toes just felt cramped and rubbed. Arch support not the greatest, but OK. So, I might recommend the shoe, but only for those with narrow toes. Or possibly consider sizing up.

good shoe, especially for the money. Laces could be a bit longer.

I work in and outdoors throughout my shift, in all weather. These are good shoes for those working in various surfaces, with great grip on wet, smooth areas. I think they could use more cushioning, which I have plenty of room to add my own. The price was great, and dry socks at the end of my shift makes these a winner

These shoes were just what I was looking for. My feet hurt a lot, all the time, and these shoes feel great.
