I have long narrow feet and my only small gripe is that the heels are a tiny bit loose. But that won't be a problem for most other people. I would give this shoe 5 stars if the heels grabbed on more - my other lasportivas have better fitting heels. If you have a wide foot I would stay away from this model, unfortunatley.

At the moment it is my favorite shoe. I have been wearing the La Sportiva Wildcat for the past couple years and this shoe is a little tougher than that and a bit narrower. I'd suggest buying a ½ a size larger than your normal size in order to get a proper fit because it does seem just a bit smaller. I like to so much. though, that I bought a second pair.

The tread grip is excellent, though. And I wore them walking hour upon hour in the rain in Europe. No slipping at all, wonderfully comfortable, and they didn't get waterlogged. The combination of lightness and support hits a sweet spot as a walking/running shoe and they look nice enough for city wear. I actually bought a pair at another store, six months ago, and just got a new pair from STP. Word of warning: I bought the first one metric size large, and the second two metric sizes large. The second seems better.
