    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I use these for trail speedwalking with some running mixed in. I really do like the shoes, they are just very wide and the arch is a bit too high (and rubbed the first time worn) for my narrow flat feet. I can remedy the width around the ankle by lacing, but I can feel my feet moving around in the toe box more than they should. If you have a normal/wide foot and have an arch these shoes should be perfect for you. I'm also not sure how much support they would provide to correct over/underpronation while running for an extensive period.
