“I was really looking forward to receiving these shoes. When they arrived, the box was labelled 45.5 (size 12), but the shoes in the box were size 45 (size 11.5). Too small. I had ordered an half size up as you suggested.
And, of course, although I called right away, there were no more in stock.”
