Comfortable, Good Cushioning, Great Traction, Lightweight
Best Uses:
At The Gym, Everyday, Grass, Mixed Terrain, Paved Trails
Describe Yourself:
Recreational Walker/Hiker
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
“I got these for hiking because we're planning an extended day trip and need to travel light. I'm not a runner, but these shoes are so comfortable and weightless that I find myself breaking out in a short run even when going to my car or walking through the halls.
There hasn't been a painful break-in period, and I just returned from a 14 mile, 3800 feet elevation gain hike without a blister. There is practically no ankle support, but the traction is great, so as long as the road is somewhat maintained I'm not too worried.
Beware if you plan on using these for hiking as they are a pretty snug fit - I am a US7.5, so I got the size 39 (7.5+), and they fit comfortably with normal socks, but would not work with hiking socks, although I'm trying thicker socks to see if I can loosen them up a bit.
I can't comment too much on the all-weather or durability as I haven't had these for too long, but so far they have been perfect.”
