I bought these for knocking around in and for easy on-off after skiing, hiking, etc. Make sure to BUY A HALF SIZE LARGER. The design is somewhat a modified skateboard shoe, rather broad and airy. Very nice look and the bottoms are truly sticky. I suspect might be good on ice, but haven't tried t... Read More

the tongue is huge and slides over to the outside. since there is a big stripe on the tongue it looks really bad and makes your feet look pigeon toed. the toebox is also too narrow and this seems to be a problem for me with La sportiva. i developed a bunion in these.

I have only had the shoes for a few days, so I am still breaking them in, but so far so good. The rubber is super sticky and the padding is really comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the tounge of the shoes moves too much; it tends to slide off to the right. I am not sure if that makes sense, but it seems to happen in both of my pairs of sportiva shoes.

I bought for our trip to Europe, tried them on and knew immediately they wouldn't be good. Felt heavy and looked bulky, super stiff footbed felt like concrete under foot. I returned the shoe the next day.
