“I used these on an 11-day backpacking trip in the Brooks Range. This is a pretty strenuous test for a pair of boots: heavy loads, plenty of stream crossings, and extremely rugged terrain. The boots were great: solid support, not too heavy, and kept me fairly dry in water nearly up to the boot-top. Even with less than 50 miles of breakin, there was little rubbing: just one little blister on a pinkie toe that got better on its own. At the [...] price these are a steal.”
