Bottom Line:

“I purchased these boots based on a friends' recommendation. I needed some backpacking boots for a trip that would take me camping out in the wilderness for 2 months. To break them in, it took about 5 good hikes. I still haven't gotten any blisters or achilies tendon which i am prone to get. The ankle support is effective with the softer material used for the ankle bone. I did have to use waterproofing spray and buy a different foot support because the one it came with didn't offer much. Overall, I would recommend this boot to others because the cons were easily fixed.”
