5.0 out of 5 stars. Great boot for the sale price of $49.95Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Adirondacks on Tuesday, December 30, 2014Size runs pretty close to true. (size 10) I felt the toe was a little tight like another reviewer stated but not enough to warrant return. I have only worn them 3 times totaling about 3 miles but they seem to be breaking in nicely. I wouldn't rate these as a hard use work boot. They are a nice insulated light weight hunting boot and I feel they will probably hold up to 200~300 winter miles through 2~4 hunting seasons. I use my hunting boots only for hunting so I try to get as many miles as possible out of them. I don't think I would try wearing them without snow on the ground because they are pretty warm, as to be expected with 800g. I usually wear Danner but was in need of a heavier insulated boot and these looked good with the 800 grams and a nice sale price. I didn't want to pony several hundred dollars on a boot that would only get used towards the end of hunting season but still needed something warm and light on the food for long days in the mountains. So far so good with these. Amazing deal for 49.95 but I would have to think long and hard if the price tag approached a hundred dollar bill. Thanks Sierra trading post for a great deal on a decent boot!

4.0 out of 5 stars. camo bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Largeone from Kalispell on Monday, December 22, 2014These were just as the reviews were saying...one size too small.I got them for my Father in law and they did not fit because they are sized wrong. They were very nice however and one of my coworkers took them because of the smokin deal.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Order bigVerified Buyer Reviewed by North Woods Hunter from New Hampshire on Saturday, December 13, 2014Had a pair of LaCrosse boots for the last 12 years that were my cold weather boots and my favorite overall boot. They just blew out so I needed to replace them and as usual, that model was discontinued. I was hoping these might work but, alas I won't be able to find out for I could not even get my foot partially in these boots. I wear a size 10B or C (try finding any boot let alone a cold weather boot in a narrow width) and ordered a 10D in hopes but, like I said, I could not even slide my foot in the thing, even with thin dress socks on. Luckily I had a friend that has size 9 feet that needed winter boots and I sold them to him. He said that they were snug on his foot, but that is what he likes. The boots did appear to be well constructed and the Sierra experience was good as usual.

4.0 out of 5 stars. A little narrow in the toes, but super warmVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Finger Lakes, NY on Friday, December 12, 2014I purchased these boots for the hubs - so he'd have some warm toasty toes when he'd go hunting...
When he first tried them on, he said they felt a little narrow in the toes. But, not too narrow that they should be sent back, they were just going to have to be broken in.
While he was breaking them in, we were outside in 20 degree weather in the woods, and I remember him saying "man, my feet are warm!"
So there ya go.... -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Warm boots!Reviewed by KJ from Grand Rapids, MI on Tuesday, December 2, 2014Got a great deal on these boots for my husband and wish I'd purchased another pair before his size was sold out. He just loves them. He works outside in the Michigan elements year-round and needs a good warm & waterproof boot that isn't too clunky for climbing. So far these are great. Bought his usual size & he's able to wear them with warm winter socks without a problem, so I'd say they fit true to size. He's only been wearing them daily for a couple weeks now, but they take a beating and he still likes them, so that's a good sign.

5.0 out of 5 stars. LaCrosse Big Country BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Hacksaw from NY on Tuesday, November 11, 2014Thought the boots were going to be bulky but a good fit and very comfortable with mid weight and light socks. So far I would say I would buy them a again.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Lacrosse Big Country bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Christopher from New Jersey on Wednesday, September 10, 2014This is a preliminary rating. Boots were ordered to the same size/ width as the American made Chippewa Super Loggers that I wear everyday. The Lacrosse boots looked awesome and were really light weight, but did not fit. My toes touched the end of the boot before I could even seat my heal. I am currently in the process of an exchange and will update my review once the new, larger size arrives.
