YOU CAN DRESS IT UP OR DRESS IT DOWN DEPENDING ON SHOE TYPE AND BLOUSE/CAMI WORN UNDERNEATH. AND OF COURSE YOU CAN WEAR JACKET AND SKIRT SEPARATELY FOR EVEN MORE CASUAL LOOK.”
