The Size 2 fits like a normal Size 6, possibly Size 8! Will need to have the waist and upper-hip areas taken-in. I'm 5'4" tall and well-proportioned for my height. This skirt is actually ankle-length - longer than I would have liked. The picture showed the skirt hem ending at the lower half of the calf, and the description said 36" for Size 10. Lengths for all sizes and a Petite option would be nice.

Reviewed by Riley from Minnesota on Sunday, May 08, 2011i don't know....i'm not thrilled with this skirt. it doesn't drape as prettily as in the photo. it's extremely long. the fabric feels thin, but it's a summer skirt so maybe that's ok. i haven't decided yet if i'm going to keep it. it doesn't feel like it's nearly as good quality as the other Lafayette 148 articles i own.

Reviewed by mackak from Australia on Wednesday, January 05, 2011I took a risk and washed this skirt because it's quite long. It shrank about 1.5 to 2 inches in length with the fit over waist and hip not changed. Fabric is a heavy linen.
