No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I bought this as a present for my daughter. Neither she (in her 20's) nor I would wear it as it is too short and the material looks and feels cheap. It does not look dressy and the material looks like it will fall apart when worn. She didn't try it on as it was obviously too short. I have returned this item.”
